Can I watch the live-stream sessions on my phone or tablet ?

Yes. But to get the best immersive experience, log in from a Desktop or a Laptop.

Can I attend any of the Fireside Chat or are they restricted?

The Fireside Chat sessions are restricted. However, all sessions running on the Impact Auditorium are completely unrestricted once you have joined the platform.

How do I access the Expo Hall?

Proceed to the virtual lobby and click on the expo hall to visit sponsors and vendors.

I did not receive my Briefcase Email.

Please look for an email from ***** with subject line *********. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please look for the same email in your spam or junk email folder.

What should I do if I have a question for one of the speakers?

You can write your question in the chat box and a moderator will direct it to the speaker.

What if I need help or guidance during the Event?

You can visit the virtual “Info Desk” for technical support. Or send an email to hello@eventstub.co

Are the sessions are going to be recorded? When will the recordings be available and do I have access to them?

All sessions will be recorded during the event and they will be made available to attendees approximately 1-2 days after the event. The recordings will be available for 30 days. Please refrain from personal recording as speakers may want to edit the recording before release.

How do I network with other attendees during the Summit?

Visit the Virtual Networking Lounge to live chat with other Attendees, Groups, or Exhibitors.

How will I know the schedule or the agenda?

During the Summit, you will be able to view the agenda on the top menu bar once you have logged into the Virtual Summit platform. You can also bookmark your favorite sessions and add them to your personal agenda.

Can I watch the live-stream sessions on my phone or tablet computer?

What are the technical requirements to be able to participate?

You can view the event on any laptop, desktop, mobile and tablet. However, it is recommended to use a a desktop or a laptop with Google Chrome, to get the best experience.  

What happens if I have an issue with watching a session on the platform?
